Dear Pachamama Family,
I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has chosen our biodegradable urns as part of your loved ones’ farewell. Through this time, I’ve had the honor of hearing your stories, receiving your photos, and watching the videos of the beautiful ceremonies you’ve held to honor those who have passed. Each one of these messages touches my heart in ways that are hard to describe. They remind me why Pachamama Tributes exists—and why it means so much to me personally.
Pachamama was born out of a desire to give families a way to honor and celebrate the lives of those they’ve lost, while staying connected to the Earth that sustains us. It’s always been more than just a company to me—it’s a mission, a way of helping families find peace and create meaningful moments in what is often one of the hardest times of their lives.
Knowing that the urns and products we create have helped make these farewells a little easier for you, and have become part of your personal rituals and memories, fills me with an overwhelming sense of purpose. Your stories, the photos of the beautiful places where you say goodbye, and the videos of your ceremonies remind me that Pachamama is not just about products. It’s about connection, memory, and honoring the lives of those we love.
Each time you share your stories with me, I feel humbled and grateful to be part of something so sacred. It makes me realize that what we do at Pachamama isn’t just offering tools—it’s helping to create moments that will live on in your hearts forever. Those moments of saying goodbye, of celebrating a life, of finding peace in nature—they are the moments that give us strength, and it’s an honor to be part of that with you.
Thank you for trusting me, for allowing Pachamama to be part of your family’s journey, and for sharing those deeply personal moments with me. Your messages truly fill my soul with a sense of fulfillment, reminding me that everything I do has meaning. Every story, every photo, every message I receive reinforces that we are creating something meaningful together—a community of love, remembrance, and connection to both life and the Earth.
If you haven’t yet shared your story, I’d love to hear from you. Please feel free to send your experiences, photos, or videos of your ceremonies to hello@pachamama.com. Whether it’s a few words or a longer reflection, every story helps me feel more connected to you and reminds me why Pachamama is so important to me.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for letting me, and Pachamama, be a small part of your lives. It’s an honor I hold close, and I’m forever grateful for the trust and love you’ve shared.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Virginia
