Which urn size do I need?

Large holds up to 6 lb, the right choice for most adults. Medium holds up to 3 lb. Small holds 8 to 10 oz, for a portion or a pet under 15 lb. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.

How long will the urn float in water?

Typically 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on wind and current. The ashes bag dissolves in 1 to 2 minutes, and the urn usually within a week.

Is there a subscription for the online memorial?

No. The memorial comes included with the piece. You never pay to keep it or to download it.

Do family members need an account to add a memory?

No app and no account, just a name. You approve what others share before it appears.
